Not so much.
If you're looking for the home builder that shares my name, keep right on looking! Over the years, I've amassed quite a collection of e-mail from people e-mailing me about their home warranty concerns and other exciting home-oriented questions.Trust me, I can't help you.
Although, one time I did help a lady make iced tea. Why? She wrote to me insisting that I help her unclog her basement floor drain. She said that water had been unable to drain for several days and pleaded with me for assistance. I instructed her to steep Lipton® Cold Brew teabags (I assured her they had to be the COLD BREW) in the standing water for a few hours. When that didn't work, I instructed her to go ahead and add several packets of Splenda® to the tea she had just made in her basement drain.
She did. And, oddly enough, the drain started working.
